PATCH REQUESTS
Requests for police patch exchanges will be considered if the request follows all the following guidelines:
- Patch request must originate from law enforcement personnel or an organization.
- Request must be typed on official department letterhead.
- Request must contain a contact name and telephone number for verification.
- Request is subject to the approval of the Adams Police Department.
